Whilst the UK is dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, the current guidelines are that yoga studios cannot run group classes.
Therefore until this changes classes are being held via Zoom, where the teacher can still see you, you can interact with them and we can keep building our community and support each other.
Never more has it been more important to strengthen and stretch the mind & body and to find something to bring a smile to your face.
We understand that our routines have been turned upside down, so if you can't make the class live, you also get access to a library of recordings to use as you wish, and a FaceBook group to know I am here for you!

This class is a combination of movement and stillness. A gentle. slow moving Vinyasa practice to warm the body and release the day, blended with restorative yoga to quiet the mind, body and breath.
Perfect for any level student, including those new to yoga, with limited flexibility, those recovering from injuries or those who just want to relax.
Align & Flow
This class incorporates energizing postures with an emphasis on alignment.
Postures are linked in a flow that elevate the heart rate, while also improving strength and coordination.
This class will invigorate, strengthen and recharge you, but most of all leave you smiling!

Handstand Conditioning Course
Finding your way to handstand means mobility in your shoulders, string arms, control of the abs and trust in yourself!
I’ll show you how to build the strength and we can support each other to find trust in yourself!

I'm Sarah, founder of Totally Yoga, mum of one and gin & chocolate lover!
In 2017, I qualified as a yoga teacher and Totally Yoga was born.
In 2018, Aria made my family a team of three and I realised I didn't want to leave her to return to my office job.
2019, Hot Yoga arrived.
2020 - has been one hell of a ride so far! We are now online and I qualified in Yoga Shred.
