Each week, there’s a fun movement challenge designed to complement the type of exercise you enjoy.

And to help you unwind, you’ll get a calming 10-minute Face Yoga routine and a deeply relaxing 30-minute Yoga Nidra session to melt away stress and leave you feeling refreshed.

Yes, absolutely! If weight loss is your goal, your calories will be set to create a gentle calorie deficit—enough to support steady, healthy progress without leaving you feeling hungry or deprived.

Yes, absolutely! There will be options to suit all dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free. 


You'll also get guidance on how to meet your macro needs—like protein—without relying on meat, dairy, or eggs.


Whatever your preferences, you’ll be supported every step of the way.


 

You’ll have plenty of support to help keep you on track! There will be full check-ins every two weeks through the app to see how you’re getting on, plus I’m just a message away whenever you need a hand.


Got dinner plans on Friday? Send me the menu and I’ll help you choose something that fits your goals. Had a stressful week? Drop me a message and I’ll help you steer clear of the biscuit tin or wine glass.


You’ll also be part of a private Facebook group with others on the same journey. It’s a great space to share meal ideas, cheer each other on with the weekly movement challenges, and stay motivated together—because making changes is so much easier (and more fun!) when you’re doing it with others.

The Nourish Method is designed to fit into your life—not take it over. The goal is to make things easier, not add more stress.


Yoga Nidra can be done as you drift off to sleep, Face Yoga takes just 10 minutes and is easy to fit in while washing your face or watching your favourite show. The movement challenges are all bodyweight-based and can slot into your day, no gym or fancy kit needed.


As for the food? The recipes are simple, nourishing, and usually take about 20 real-world minutes—none of that “15-minute” chaos (sorry Jamie, love you really!).


That said, you will need to invest some time—because real change means doing a few things differently.
