· Totally Yoga, collects names, email addresses, phone numbers and physical ailments.
· This is collected by signing up to the Totally Yoga booking site hosted by Instabook and stored within there and if opted in for contacting imported to Mailchimp for Newsletters. The information used on Instabook is used for bookings and contacting for anything linked to the booking of classes, workshops and retreats.
· Customers opt in for contact and are able to delete their account on Instabook and opt out of contact within the emails from Mailchimp.
· If you request to delete your information it will be removed from both Instabook and Mailchimp
