This style of classes are tailor-made to help you build your stamina, flexibility and strength.

An Exciting Addition to the 2024 Schedule: Perfect for Beginners and Regulars alike


We now offer a new class that moves through poses at a slower pace, making it easier to follow.

In addition, we incorporate longer holds that help build strength and mobility.

You'll be sure to enjoy the end relaxation and leave feeling both energized and relaxed.


Gentle Flow

 

Exploring Mobility and Relaxation in this Class


In this class, we will prioritize mobility and relaxation.


 You will experience a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, and longer holds that incorporate blocks and bolsters. 


To conclude the class, we will practice yoga Nidra


Accessible to all - new to yoga, recovering from injury, or just needing a pure relaxation class
