Stretch & Sweat

7pm Tuesdays

Where high vibes meet deep breaths! 

This class blends heart-pumping High Intensity Interval Training with feel-good yoga flow — the perfect combo to boost strength, torch calories, and leave you stretched out and zen’d up.

Optional wrist/ankle weights.

All levels  Expect to sweat, smile, and finish strong (but super chill).

Align & Unwind

7pm Thursdays and 10am Fridays

A dynamic vinyasa flow that’s all about balance, strength and smooth, feel-good transitions. 

Expect energising sequences that challenge and centre you, with just the right mix of flow and focus — perfect for anyone who loves to move and sweat, but still leave the mat feeling light.

 Flow & Glow

10:15am Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7pm

A slower-paced, feel-good class designed to be kind to knees and wrists — but don’t be fooled, you’ll still build strength and unlock mobility while moving with intention. 

Think: all the nourishing stretches your body loves, minus the pressure, plus plenty of space to breathe.

Soothe & Recharge

8pm Tuesdays and Thursdays

Exploring Mobility and Relaxation in this Class

In this class, we will prioritize mobility and relaxation.

 You will experience a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, and longer holds that incorporate blocks and bolsters. 

To conclude the class, we will practice yoga Nidra

Accessible to all - new to yoga, recovering from injury, or just needing a pure relaxation class

Flex & Flow 

8pm Wednesdays

Get ready to sweat, stretch, and smile your way through this energising class! Flex & Flow is your one-stop shop for strength, flexibility, and endurance — all served up with a side of feel-good vibes.

We’ll link breath to movement in a flow that keeps your body guessing and your mind buzzing. Think of it as yoga with a cheeky wink — challenging enough to feel it, fun enough to love it.

All levels welcome — whether you're a total newbie or a downward dog devotee, we've got you.

Feel Good Flow

6pm Thursdays

This is your end-of-day pick-me-up.
A balanced flow that builds strength, improves flexibility, and leaves you feeling lighter — in both body and mind.

Expect smooth, flowing sequences, feel-good movement, and just the right amount of challenge to help you feel strong without feeling drained. You’ll stretch, strengthen, breathe, and (almost certainly) leave with a smile on your face.

Perfect if you want to move well, feel good, and head into the evening a little happier than when you arrived.
