This class blends heart-pumping High Intensity Interval Training with feel-good yoga flow — the perfect combo to boost strength, torch calories, and leave you stretched out and zen’d up.
Optional wrist/ankle weights.

Align & Unwind
A dynamic vinyasa flow that’s all about balance, strength and smooth, feel-good transitions.
Expect energising sequences that challenge and centre you, with just the right mix of flow and focus — perfect for anyone who loves to move and sweat, but still leave the mat feeling light.

A slower-paced, feel-good class designed to be kind to knees and wrists — but don’t be fooled, you’ll still build strength and unlock mobility while moving with intention.

This is your end-of-day pick-me-up.
A balanced flow that builds strength, improves flexibility, and leaves you feeling lighter — in both body and mind.
Expect smooth, flowing sequences, feel-good movement, and just the right amount of challenge to help you feel strong without feeling drained. You’ll stretch, strengthen, breathe, and (almost certainly) leave with a smile on your face.

This 6-week course is designed to help you build strength and improve mobility in a way that feels supportive, achievable, and effective.
Through steady, progressive yoga practices, you’ll work on strengthening key muscles, improving joint mobility, and moving with more confidence in your body. Each week builds gently on the last, helping you feel stronger, more stable, and more capable — without feeling overwhelmed.
