My approach to yoga is simple: it should make you stronger, more mobile, and more confident in your body — not smaller, quieter, or striving to be more “perfect.”
I teach yoga as a practice of strength and self-trust. We build functional strength, improve mobility with dynamic movement, and create space for proper rest. I blend intelligent sequencing with clear, accessible teaching so you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to look a certain way. You don’t need to “be good at yoga.”
You just need to show up.
I care deeply about women not playing small.
My classes are about taking up space, feeling capable, and moving in a way that supports your real life — whether that’s running a business, raising children, navigating midlife, or simply wanting to feel strong again.
There’s science behind what I teach, but there’s also warmth. Community matters. Laughter matters. Rest matters.
Strength and softness can coexist.
Yoga, to me, isn’t about performance.
It’s about building a body — and a mindset — that supports the life you want to live.
All Classes are held at King Edward Community Centre, King Edward Road, Laindon.
