Yoga for Strength

  Strong doesn’t mean intense.Strong means capable. Confident. Supported in your own body.
This 6-week course is designed to help you build real, functional strength while improving mobility through dynamic stretching and purposeful movement.
We’ll focus on strengthening key muscle groups, improving joint stability, and increasing flexibility — so you feel powerful, steady and more at ease in everyday life.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, this course is beginner-friendly and fully adaptable.
You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to be “good at yoga.” You just need to start.
